The present hour is not a stream but a vortex.
241. The Wisdom of the Creator prophesies a New World.
29. People have reached a dead end, but lightning will
reveal the way out,
And thunder will arouse the slumberers.
6. Eschew the life of the slumberer.
24. Learn, and unlock the Gates of Knowledge,
And affirm yourselves in understanding the Divine Plan.
25. Deny not the Voice of the Spirit, suppress only the
earth-bound voices.
Be daring—I am with you.
19. That you may exalt the spirit,
cast out all trivial thoughts, and be ready
to receive the waves of vibration sent by Us.
1. Be not downcast but full of hope.
1. Put aside all prejudices—think freely.
41. Work without complaint.
15. Strengthen the awareness of Our Presence in
your life.
18. Think freely; walk the shortest path.
But ascend by faith in the Blessed Ones
and you will not err.
5. Truth is with you—be ready to receive it.

but condemn not those still in darkness.

Through love let it enlighten you.
162. M. teaches you to beseech the Holy Brothers
to show you the steps of the higher path.

they are a chain of events leading you to the Gates.
Pure thoughts are needed to surmount the obstacles upon

He who fasts, but in his heart covets food, is of little merit.
252. Repeat Beauty again and again, even amidst tears,
until you reach the predestined.
287. Let him not approach for whom the probation

390. Ask yourselves in the morning, beginning your day,
What you can add to the entrusted work
that My Name should permeate all your deeds.
390. Labor wisely and, accepting the Shield of My Name,
You will conquer all that obstructs the ascent.
53. Give rest to your spirit-fatigue it not too much with books;
and love, surging like a sparkling torrent, will reveal to
you the splendor of M.'s flowers.
65. My Shield assures your joy.
Be an Aeolian harp to M.'s Breath.
Through love will you come to Me.
III:VI:16. One can develop within oneself a continual learning, which is important not as a cataloguing of facts but as an expansion of consciousness.
II:VII:1. Although the time is sordid we had better think about the future.
II:VII:1. The responsibility for thoughts has to be realized.
II:IX:1. The manifestation of labor for the future will transform the present.
II:IV:11. It is joyous to feel the approach of the New Epoch.
II:V:12. The goal and the meaning of existence is to strive upward beyond the limits of the known, and to help one another.
II:IV:1. In simplicity of life, in realization of the dignity of service to the New World, love for the worthy opens the Gates.
III:II:1. Simplicity possesses the power of attraction.
II:IV:5. Simplicity, beauty and fearlessness—Christ and Buddha spoke of nothing more. And it is a blessing if the spirit vibrates to these covenants.
II:IV:17. The link between Christ and Buddha glows dimly in people's understanding.
I:VIII:3. Apprehend the Good when My Envoys will bring the tidings:
"He has come!"
I:VIII:12. Be steadfast not only during the time of Communion with Me, but also when you are left to your own devices, because only then is the resourcefulness of the spirit forged.
II:IV:4. Fearlessness is Our leader. Beauty is Our ray of understanding. Simplicity is Our key to the secret doors of happiness.
I:VIII:3. Even as in life one hastens to meet the postman, in the same way must one stretch out one's hand towards Our sending.
II:IX:12. It is good to be able to pray. Prayer, or spiritual communion, is the highest manifestation; but for this, mental refinement and spiritual strength are indispensable.
III:IV:1. Prayer is the realization of eternity. In prayer there is beauty, love, daring, courage, self-sacrifice, steadfastness, aspiration.
III:IV:1. But if in the prayer are included superstition, fear and doubt, then such an invocation is related to the times of fetishism.
One must manifest discipline of spirit; without it one cannot become free. (Foreword)
II:XI:4. Discipline is the beginning of everything.
I:IX:13. By spirit retain the spiritual Teaching; only spirit can bring the Kingdom of God onto the Earth.
I:XI:9. Sparkle with youth of spirit; be most young and mobile.
II:I:6. One must know how people are awaiting My Coming. People's desire forges a new rung for the ladder.
II:III:7. The purification of religions predicates a new direct relation with the spiritual world.
II:III:7. Christ, Buddha and their closest coworkers did not use magic formulae but acted and created in full blending with the spirit.
II:III:7. In the new evolution the former artificial methods must be abandoned.
II:III:11. "Whoever succeeds in hearing the voice of his spirit will rise above the precipice." Thus spoke Saint Sergius.
II:IV:2. Just as We watch over you, so do We watch the development of children throughout the world from the cradle on, weighing their best thoughts.
II:IV:3. Christ said: "Not in a temple, but in spirit shalt thou pray."
II:V:11. Joy is a special wisdom, as Christ said.
I:XII:2. M. and the understanding of Buddha's Teaching lead one to the vital understanding of law, conceived upon the Mount of Light.
II:I:3. Broad is My Work; to everyone a place ordained. By the broadness of your vision will you allot your own part.
II:VII:20. Reading the suggested books, you will find sparks. Place into one receptable the fragments of reverence to Maitreya.
II:VIII:15. M. has left many magnets on Earth. Therefore, I say, My path is easy to walk.
II:II:1. Maitreya sends blessings upon the joyous labor.
III:IV:3. Keep now in mind that in time of danger you must encircle yourselves with a realization of personal invulnerability, and then send your consciousness to meet My Ray. Imagine mentally how your spark rushes to My current.
III:VI:21. It should be understood that the necessity of labor is pointed out not for mere information but for application.
